Our Mission
New Creation United Methodist Church is an intentionally integrated and welcoming community that seeks new life in Jesus Christ through radical discipleship, worship, reconciliation, hospitality and justice in our Durham community.
Worship
Join us Sunday mornings at 10:00am in-person or on Facebook Live as we worship the Lord together. If you attend the service in-person, masks are optional. We will have masks available for those who would like to wear masks. We also continue to practice social distancing at this time.
Grow
Members of New Creation grow together through a number of small groups. We believe that being in connection helps us all to better serve the Lord. It is through these small groups that we learn to live out Christ’s principles of love, grace, and forgiveness. Come join a group and grow together with us.
Serve
As Philippians 2:4 reminds us, we are not to look to our own interests but rather the interests of the others. That’s why New Creation believes in serving our community. Through ongoing connections at the local middle school to supporting ad hoc needs in our city, there is something for everything to do at New Creation.
